About Frank
Frank Castro graduated from St. Mary’s University in 1973 with a BBA in Accounting, and from Texas A&M Corpus Christi with an MBA in Business Management.
He began working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts, where he served for 31 years — as a sales tax auditor, fraud auditor, supervisor, manager trainee, and contract examiner. He was a member of the Audit Division Steering Committee and received the Agency Pioneer Award with the Comptroller of Public Accounts.
He enjoys traveling, spending time with his grandchildren, and working.
